46 tankers cleaned in 2024

2024 was our busiest year since incorporation. Across UAE ports and anchorages our teams completed DPP-CPP tank cleaning on 46 tankers: 10 VLCCs, 27 Suezmax, 5 Aframax and 4 MR tankers.

What the work involved

Most of these vessels were being prepared for dry dock requirements or demolition voyages, which means sludge removal, hydrocarbon degassing and a gas-free certificate at the end of it. Each job was planned around the vessel's schedule so cleaning ran alongside other port work rather than extending the stay.

Bulk carriers

Alongside the tankers we cleaned and prepared 8 bulk carriers for loading urea and wheat, transitioning them from coal and iron ore cargoes and presenting the holds for surveyor inspection.
